International shipping is subject to extra shipping charges that will be invoiced after your order is placed. Price and factor change on distance, weight, and qty of items. An invoice will be sent with an updated total if the shipping is greater than quoted at checkout.

All packages marked as delivered by USPS are at the liability of the customer. Customers must be present or make accommodations when packages are being delivered. We are not responsible for any lost packages once the item (per the tracking number) has been marked as delivered. If an order is marked as lost or damaged by USPS, we may under extenuating circumstances, issue a store credit; but only after verifying the loss with USPS.

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  For international orders, custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.  Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given under any circumstances. For custom wig units, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure measurements are correct. Please contact us if you have any questions.
